Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. pumpkin
Preparation
-
Cream sugars and oil.
Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.
Mix with dry ingredients.
Grease 3 (1 pound) coffee cans and pour mixture into these.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from cans.
Delicious and moist.
