Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar; mix well.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Stir until all ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and pecans.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
    Yields 2 loaves.
