Pumpkin Harvest Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. milk
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (optional)
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients together by creaming all liquid ingredients, then mixing in all dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans (4 small or 3 larger).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes (may take longer).
Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
