Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini and wheat germ.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture, mixing well, then add nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
