Basic White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In 1 quart glass measuring cup put butter, flour and salt. Microwave on
    high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk.
    Microwave on high for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute until thick and bubbly.
    For thicker sauce, use 3 Tbsp. of flour instead of two.
    Makes 1 cup.
    So easy and no scorching!
