Ma Jo'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Stir in rice; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Melt butter in skillet; cook egg.
    Add onion and rice. Cook over medium heat until onion and rice are light brown, about 5 minutes.
    Combine water and soy sauce; stir into rice.
