Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. orange juice
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. raisins
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well until light.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add pumpkin and juice; blend well.
Stir in dry ingredients until mixture is moistened.
Gently fold in nuts and raisins. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 65 to 75 minutes, or until tester comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
