Hot Water Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
boiling water
Preparation

Mix
meal and salt.
Stir boiling water into meal until it
is very
thick.
Then
make
out
into
balls and flatten slightly. Fry
in
deep
fat\tuntil golden brown.
Or you may make
into a \"pone\" and bake in hot oven until slightly brown. Good either way.
