Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla, beating until thoroughly blended.
    Fold in zucchini and walnuts.
    Turn into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
    Makes 2 loaves or 1 Bundt pan bread.
