Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. (2 or 3) ripe bananas, mashed
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan. Beat sugar, eggs and shortening.
    Add bananas.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Wrap in wax paper or foil.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps moist at least a week.
