Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Kitchen Bouquet

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except soup and Kitchen Bouquet.
Form into 36 meatballs.
Brown lightly in small amount of oil.
Remove from pan.
Drain off grease.
Add soup to the pan and mix with drippings from meat balls.
Add 3/4 can of water to make a gravy. Add a drop of Kitchen Bouquet to darken.
Return meat balls to pan.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
