Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. chocolate
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and set aside.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, chocolate and vegetable oil.
    Mix well; add dry ingredients, zucchini and nuts.
    Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 4x sugar or put frosting on.
