Low-Fat Chocolate Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. 2% milk
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 1/2 c. vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
Preparation

Place milk and syrup in blender.
Cover and blend on high speed.
Blend for 2 seconds.
Add frozen yogurt.
Cover and blend on low for 5 seconds or until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
