Pumpkin Nickel Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. apple, unpeeled and grated
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Combine both mixtures until well moistened.
Spoon into a greased loaf pan and top with topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hours.
Cool on rack.
Freezes well.
