Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. chopped nuts or raisins
Preparation

Combine and mix eggs, sugar, oil and cream cheese.
Add dry ingredients and
vanilla.
Fold
in
zucchini, raisins and nuts. Grease 2 large or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 55 minutes.
