Banana Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 med. banana
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. honey
1 c. ice cubes
Preparation

Peel banana and cut into chunks.
Place banana, milk, vanilla, honey, and ice into blender or food processor.
Blend until mixture looks smooth, about 4 minutes.
Stir with a wooden spoon to check that all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Serve in tall glasses.
