Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 large can solid pack pumpkin (3 1/2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves (ground)
    4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large bowl and beat until well mixed. Stir in dates and chopped nuts.
    Put into 5 (1 pound) ungreased coffee cans (or small loaf pans).
