Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. dry bread (cubed white toast and cornbread)
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 stalks of chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
sage (to taste)
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Hot broth or water
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter.
Combine all ingredients, and add liquid to moisten.
Toss gently to mix.
Bake.
Recipe is for a 4-5 lb. chicken.
Double recipe for a 10 lb. turkey.
