Teriyaki Steak("Lean And Luscious") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. honey
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. steak
Preparation
    In shallow pan, combine all ingredients, except steak, and mix.
    Add steak and marinate several hours, turning occasionally. Broil or barbecue.
    Contains 270 calories.
