Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. honey
    9 to 10 c. flour
    5 tsp. salt (yes, 5)
    5 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine
    water,
    yeast
    and
    honey.
    Stir
    until
    yeast dissolves.
    Add
    5
    cups flour and salt.
    Beat hard with a big spoon until
    batter
    is smooth.
    Add remaining flour and blend well.
    Pour oil
    over dough while in the bowl and knead just 2 or 3
    minutes.
    The
    oil will be absorbed by the dough.
    Cover and let
    rise until doubled.
    Punch down and turn onto lightly floured board and knead slightly.
    Shape into 2 loaves and put into greased
    bread
    pans.
    Cover
    and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
