90 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat milk, water and butter (do not boil).
Combine all dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Add hot liquids; beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Turn onto a floured board.
Knead 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
Place in greased bowl; grease top.
Cover and place bowl into large pan of very warm water.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Shape into smooth balls and place in greased baking pan.
Cover and place pan over very warm water.
Let rise 15 to 25 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
