Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Idaho potatoes
    butter
    sour cream (optional)
    bacon bits
    Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cook in water until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with potato masher. Add desired amount of butter, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
