Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    6 ripe bananas, mashed
    4 beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Blend together.
    Sift flour, salt and soda. Carefully blend banana mixture and flour mixture.
    Do not overmix. Pour batter in 2 greased bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
