Zucchini And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. carrots, cut julienne
    2 1/2 c. zucchini, cut julienne
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed (optional, but I like and usually use 2!)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Use a large frying pan or wok. Add oil and garlic to a hot pan.
    Then add carrots. Saute or stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add zucchini. Toss about for 3 minutes.
    Add the lemon juice and wine. Toss about and remove from heat.
    Serve immediately.
