Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. unsifted regular flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs gradually into oil.
    Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with zucchini.
    Stir in raisins, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes; let stand 10 minutes.
    Turn onto wire racks to cool.
    Can be glazed with powdered sugar.
    Serve.
