Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. lean roast
    1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup
    4 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
    4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook roast slowly in small amount of water until very tender. Remove from heat.
    When slightly cool, remove bone and fat.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Return to heat.
    Add other ingredients; cook until meat is stringy, stirring often.
    Delicious served on toasted hamburger buns.
