Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix together lightly.
    Combine dry ingredients; add slowly.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
