Green Mint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 pkg. mint chocolate chips
green food coloring

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add cream of tartar and salt. Add sugar a little at a time.
Add food coloring.
Fold in chips. Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and turn off.
Drop onto foil-lined pan by teaspoonful.
Leave in overnight.
