Pan De Elote(Mexican Spoon Bread) - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, diced
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, sliced
Preparation

In a bowl, combine corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, sugar and milk.
Mix well with fork.
Turn half the batter in a well-greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Spread chilies evenly over batter, then cover with sliced cheese.
Spread remaining batter over cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
