Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. liquid garlic oil
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 lb. fresh shrimp
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Using large skillet, melt butter; add oil, half of the parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add shrimp, tossing gently.
    Arrange in skillet in single layer.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
    Sprinkle with rest of parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
