Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. lard
1 c. sugar
4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix margarine and lard well.
Add sugar.
Mix. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each.
Mold dough in logs.
Wrap in waxed paper.
Chill for 24 hours or more.
Cut in 1/2-inch slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until solid, not brown.
