Kelly'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. roll shells (Doll Spring)
    4 to 5 small pkg. vermicelli
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pkg. bean sprouts
    4 to 5 carrots
    salt and pepper
    1 bell pepper
    1 large cabbage
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck; drain.
    Boil water, adding vermicelli. Cook until tender; don't overcook.
    Drain.
    Cut vermicelli into short pieces.
    Wash bean sprouts and break into very small pieces.
    Chop cabbage, onions, peppers and carrots very finely.
