Grandma'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening or butter
2/3 c, sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
cinnamon sugar, optional
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.\tBeat shortening until creamy. Add sugar.\tGradually beat until light and fluffy.\tAdd eggs. Beat well.
Add flour mixture alternately with bananas.\tBeat until smooth.
Bake in a greased bread pan for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0. Check for doneness with knife in center.
