Mom'S Mega Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chopped meat
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    4 eggs (large)
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    3 pkg. brown gravy mix (yields 6 c. gravy)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together.
    The mixture should not be too wet.
    If so, add some more bread crumbs so that the meat will hold a loaf shape.
    Shape into a loaf in a large baking pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; drain off drippings.
