"Hall'S Banana Nut Bread" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. shortening (Crisco butter)
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
7 overripe bananas
2 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, shortening and vanilla extract until smooth. Add flour, soda, salt and overripe bananas.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
Add some nuts on the top before baking.
