Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except meat.
    Add the meat; mix and shape into a loaf and place in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
