Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mash bananas with fork.
    In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, sugar, eggs, shortening and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add the flour, soda, salt and last, add the sour milk. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
