Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cracked bulgur wheat (found in health food store)
    3 cucumbers (medium)
    3 large tomatoes
    1 large bell pepper
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cover wheat with water at least 15 minutes.
    Drain and squeeze out excess.
    Chop vegetables fine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix with wheat.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups Kraft Zesty Italian dressing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Keeps well several days.
    Serves 6 to 8.
