Fibre Rich Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast (dry)
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. whole bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients. Mix well.
    In saucepan, heat water, brown sugar, egg and oleo until very warm.
    Add to flour.
    Blend at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, gradually stir in remaining flour to make firm dough.
    Knead 5 to 8 minutes on floured surface.
    Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover; let rise until double.
