Ingredients

3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. nonfat strawberry yogurt (sugar-free)
1 ripe banana, peeled and halved
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Freeze banana halves until firm.
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve in tall glasses.
Yields 2 (8 ounce) glasses.
