Zucchini Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. grated zucchini
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 onion, grated
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
4 tsp. chicken flavoring
1 c. grated cheese (for top)
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 18.
