Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl and stir. Add oil and water.
    Mix together.
    Knead by hand for 3 minutes. Shape and put in bowl.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Punch down; divide into 2 equal pieces.
    Shape into round balls or leave in 1 piece for 16-inch pizza.
    Let dough rest for 4 minutes.
    Roll out.
