Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 cube melted butter
    4 slices white bread, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
    Add crushed pineapple, melted butter and broken up bread pieces.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    This is a simple but delicious potato substitute.
