Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. cranberries, cut in half
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients.
    Add next five and beat 2 minutes. Then stir in cranberries.
    Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
