Bacon Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Cook bacon.
Save 2 teaspoons bacon grease to add to soup. Saute onions and celery.
In heavy pot, crumble bacon.
Add onions and celery.
Add bacon grease and salt.
Mix 1/2 milk with flour; add to other ingredients.
Add remaining milk and onion salt.
