Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. warm water (not hot)
Preparation
    Blend shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add yeast and water.
    Add beaten egg.
    Add flour.
    Knead, let rise, put in tin, let rise and bake.
