Date Nut Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. oil
1 c. water
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation

Measure all dry ingredients into a sifter.
Set aside.
Beat eggs in a large bowl; add sugar and pumpkin.
Stir well.
Add all dry ingredients with small amounts of oil and water.
Mix well. Add dates and nuts.
