Ingredients

1/2 lb. oleo
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Cream the oleo and cheese.
Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
Roll out 1/4 inch thick.
Cut with cookie cutters.
Bake 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Do not overbake.
