Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton frozen, chopped spinach
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c.
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat the spinach enough to squeeze water out.
    Mix jello and water until it starts to thicken. Add the rest of the ingredients. Chill overnight.
    Serves 8 to 12.
