Banana Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 bananas, mashed and peeled
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. banana flavoring
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Substitution for Buttermilk:
    Mix one cup milk and 1 tablespoon of vinegar; let stand for about 20 minutes.
